The Amazon is often described as the lungs of the earth. A rich and diverse rainforest that has been under attack for decades from deforestation and logging. In 3 days the Brazilian Parliament is set to overturn its forestry protection laws placing the Amazon at an even greater risk of deforestation.
Please sign this petition to be sent to President Dilma calling on her to veto the move to overthrow the only protection afforded to one of the worlds most precious resources.
